Product Introduction
Gear oil should have good wear resistance, load resistance and proper viscosity. In addition, it should also have good thermal oxidation stability, anti-foaming, water separation performance and rust prevention performance. Because the gear load is generally above 490 MPa, and the hyperbolic tooth surface load is as high as 2942MPa, the amount of gear oil accounts for about 6%~8% of the total lubricating oil. Gear oil is a lubricating oil with excellent performance.
Gear oil is an important lubricating oil, which is mainly based on petroleum lubricating oil base oil or synthetic lubricating oil, and is prepared by adding extreme pressure antiwear agent and oiliness agent. Used in various gear transmission devices to prevent tooth surface from abrasion, abrasion and sintering, prolong its service life and improve power transmission efficiency. The hyperbolic tooth surface load is as high as 2942MPa. In order to prevent the tooth surface from being worn and scratched due to oil film rupture, extreme pressure antiwear agents are often added to gear oil, and sulfur-phosphorus or sulfur-phosphorus-nitrogen additives are generally used.
Use:
It is suitable for closed gear transmission system with extremely harsh working conditions in metallurgy, cement, electric power, mining, rubber and plastics, fertilizer and other industries.
It is suitable for oil bath or circulating lubrication system integrating spur gear, helical gear, spiral bevel gear and bearing.
Available in 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000 and other brands.
