Product Description
Grease: thick greasy semi-solid. It is used in the friction part of the machine to lubricate and seal. It is also used on metal surfaces to fill voids and prevent rust. It is mainly prepared from mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and thickener.
Composition of grease:
thickener + base oil + additives = grease
The correct choice of grease:
The thicker the lubricating grease is, the better it is. If it is too thick, it will be difficult to apply. It is recommended to choose according to the season
Grease is a colloid, and its structure will be affected by various external factors during use and storage. When storing in stock, the temperature should not be higher than 35°C, and the packaging container should be sealed to prevent moisture and foreign impurities from leaking in. When opening the barrel for sampling or after use, do not leave holes in the packaging barrel. Smooth the grease surface after sampling to prevent pits, otherwise the base oil will be naturally neutrally squeezed and penetrate into the pits left by sampling affect product quality
